  THE PRESENTATION FORM   

At registration, each participant fills out a presentation form.

• If you are a buyer or a seller: break down your needs, projects, research presentation style, financial commitments, budgets...
• If you are a presenter, manufacturer or field expert : explain your qualifications, specific knowledge and area of expertise...

 

THE CATALOGUE OF PARICIPANTS

A program of presentations, organized in a catalogue, is sent out three weeks before the conference to each participant.  An online catalogue is also available and permits a broader range of flexibility for registering participants.

  • An incontestable tool for business, this catalogue is composed of a large database available in the long term.
  • The quality and precision of information provides a full awareness of the supply and demand as well as a precise record of participating businesses and corporations.  This allows both businesses and individual participants to choose exactly who they would like to meet and what they hope to gain from each conference.

 

CHOOSING MEETINGS AND VALIDATION
  • After choosing the participants whom you would like to meet, you can fill out a form (or use our on-line system) concerning your selection of meetings and return it to us within 10 days of the conference.
  • In order to make meetings target specific and efficient, the buyers validate the requests from the suppliers.

 

MEETINGS AGENDA

A program specially designed by the Adhesion Group takes into account the choices and availability of each participant. It permits us to organize and establish your private and personalized meetings, a copy of which you will receive several days before the event.

  • On site facilitators move from event to event or office to office depending on the needs of their agenda.
  • Also, thanks to your program, chosen à la carte, we offer you direct contacts as well as rapid and efficient feedback.
