LOCATION: Boulogne - Billancourt

We’re seeking a sales / logistics assistant for our office in Boulogne-Billancourt (Paris). You’ll be supporting our sales team on logistics topics (follow up of registrations, invoice and hotel booking…). You’ll primarily be assigned to our aerospace and automotive events.
Business trips to run these events are to be planned.


The candidate will be expected to be driven and dedicated in order to accomplish the following main tasks:

  • Follow up and assist participants and the project manager you work with
  • Administrative tasks
  • Invoices


  • Candidate must speak English and French.
  • The candidate will demonstrate precision, attention to details and be punctual.
